Common questions
Do I need an API key?
No. You connect with one URL and sign in to Crove through your browser. Keys are only needed for headless CI or our command-line package for developers, available under advanced settings.
Which assistants are supported?
Any client that supports remote MCP — Claude (web, desktop, mobile and Code), ChatGPT developer mode, Cursor, VS Code, and more.
Is my data isolated?
Each connection is locked to the single workspace you pick at sign-in. An AI connected to one workspace can never read or change another.
Can the AI email people without asking?
Email and public links are a separate, opt-in permission, and your assistant asks for confirmation before sending anything.
How do I disconnect?
Revoke any connected app at any time from your Crove settings — access stops immediately.
