Common questions
Do I need an API key?
No. You connect with one URL and sign in to Crove through your browser. Keys are only needed for headless CI or advanced developer workflows.
Which assistants are supported?
Any client that supports remote MCP — Claude, ChatGPT developer mode, Cursor, VS Code, Claude Code, and more.
Is my data isolated?
Each connection is locked to the single workspace you pick at sign-in. An AI connected to one workspace can never read or change another.
Can the AI email people without asking?
Email and portal sends are separate, opt-in actions. Your assistant should ask for confirmation before sending anything to a real person.
How do I disconnect?
Revoke any connected app at any time from your Crove settings. Access stops immediately.
