- All new users are eligible for a 14-day free trial
- You will not be automatically charged when the trial expires.
- All subscription payments are processed in advance
- We offer monthly and annual billing cycles
- Annual subscriptions come with preferential pricing
- We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription if you are not satisfied with our service
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team at help@crove.app.
- For annual subscriptions, pro-rated refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis after the 7-day period
- Refunds will not be issued for partial months of service
- Usage-based features (such as additional eSignatures or document generations beyond plan limits) are non-refundable
- Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Any applicable taxes will be included in the refund amount
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused periods after the refund eligibility period
